TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment policy:
A 30% prepayment guarantee (or min 2 days of the stay deposit) is required to confirm & secure your reservation, otherwise your reservation is not valid.
Full payment will be made directly at the hotel.
NON REFUNDABLE OFFERS POLICY:
Upon booking entire stay amount will be charged to your credit card. In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non refundable.
Cancellation policy:
No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations prior to 21 days before confirmed arrival date.
Any cancellation made within:
- • 15 to 20 days prior to confirmed arrival date results in 50% charge of the cost of the total stay,
- • 7 to 14 days prior to confirmed arrival date results in 75% charge of the cost of the total stay and
- • 1 to 6 days prior to confirmed arrival date results in 100% charge of the cost of the total stay
Non shown or early departures are subject to cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.
If we do not receive any announcement for late arrival (till 21.00 o'clock), we are entitled to rent the room to somebody else.
Mirabo Villas reserves the right to cancel your booking in case of no deposit prepayment.
Telephone agreements are only valid if they were confirmed by email or fax.
